Please be advised that the program outline provided is subject to change, and a comprehensive program will be distributed nearer to the date of the Colloquium. As per the Euromech guidelines, this is exclusively an in-person event with no parallel sessions. The speakers have been assigned enough time to ensure that the discussions are lively, informal and impactful. The keynote presentations are 45 mins long, followed by a 5min Q&A session.The general presentations are 20 mins long, followed by a 5min Q&A session. The presenters are requested to schedule their talks accordingly.
Presenters can easily connect their devices to the audio-visual system. Multiple input options, including HDMI, VGA, and USB, are available to accommodate different devices. Additionally, a personal computer is available in the presentation room for the presenters' use. In the second scenario, presenters are requested to allocate ample time for setup and testing before the commencement of their session.
